May is Mental Health Awareness month!

This free mental health screening for anxiety and depression will be offered in my Arlington office.

The screening will include administration of a brief questionnaire, which will be scored while individuals are present. Their results will be discussed with them by either myself or Dr. Kaufman, and recommendations and resources will be provided. Results will remain confidential and not be shared beyond the confines of the screening.

The screening is to promote awareness that mental health is an important public health issue that needs to be taken seriously and treated with care.
