We will offer a free mental health screening to individuals in our office on October 6 at two times: 12-2pm and 6-8pm at Dr. Messenger's office.

The results of the self-report measures will be shared with clients at that time and a list of resources will be provided to each participant. Results are confidential. There is no obligation to enter treatment with Dr. Messenger or to engage in services at the practice. This is a community outreach event to promote awareness of depression and mental health.

The screening will include administration of a brief questionnaire, which will be scored while individuals are present. Their results will be discussed with them by either myself or Dr. Kaufman, and recommendations and resources will be provided.  Results will remain confidential and not be shared beyond the confines of the screening.
